Description
Job Title: Full Stack Developer Location: On-site Experience Required: 3 to 6 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with both front-end and back-end technologies, designing scalable systems, and building robust, user-friendly web applications. You will play a key role in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and beyond. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications and APIs. Work on both front-end and back-end logic using modern frameworks and technologies. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Ensure applications meet performance, security, and scalability standards. Debug and troubleshoot technical issues across the stack. Stay current with new technologies and best practices in full stack development. Technical Skills & Requirements: Front-End: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript. Experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Knowledge of front-end build tools like Webpack, NPM, etc. Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Back-End: Proficient in Node.js, Express.js, Python (Django/Flask), Java, Ruby on Rails, or PHP. Solid experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Experience with database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. General: Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git/GitHub). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus. Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and debugging tools. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, Information Technology, or a related field equivalent practical experience. Proven experience working as a Full Stack Developer or similar role in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Attributes: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
