Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Telecalling & Lead Management Make follow-up calls to enquiries from WhatsApp, website, walk-ins, referrals Share course details, schedule information, and fee structures Convert leads into registrations by following up effectively Maintain enquiry records and call logs Front Office Operations Welcome walk-in clients, parents, and students Manage student registrations, fee collection, and receipt generation Keep the reception area neat and updated with posters/brochures Coordinate appointments and maintain the day’s schedule Admin & Session Coordination Maintain student attendance and contact records Prepare printouts, session kits, and workshop-related materials Support instructors during classes with basic tasks Manage WhatsApp groups for student communication Inventory Management Maintain stock records for pantry, packaging, stationery, and class supplies Check daily usage and consumption of ingredients and materials Raise purchase requirements in advance to avoid shortages Receive stock, check for quality/quantity, and update logs Keep inventory storage organized and labelled properly Marketing & Social Media Support Share promotions and updates via WhatsApp Respond to DMs or direct them to the team if needed Capture photos or videos during workshops (if instructed) Coordinate with vendors/designers for promotional material Key Skills Required: Excellent verbal & written communication in English, Hindi & local language Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, and email Highly organized with attention to detail Prior experience with inventory or basic stock tracking preferred Presentable, polite, and team-oriented attitude Qualifications: Minimum: 12th pass or graduate in any stream 1–3 years of experience in customer-facing, administrative, or telecalling roles Experience with baking, culinary, or educational institutes is a plus What We Offer: Supportive and fast-paced work environment Training across front office, backend, and inventory systems Fixed salary + performance incentives Opportunities to grow within the organization
