Job Location: Gariahat & Beleghata, Kolkata CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA Age Limit: Up to 40 years Job Description: We are hiring dynamic and motivated individuals for the role of Front Line Sales (FLS) in the Agency Channel of a reputed Life Insurance company. Key Responsibilities: Recruit and develop a team of Life Insurance Advisors (agents). Provide training and motivation to advisors for achieving sales targets. Drive business through the team of advisors by planning activities. Monitor performance and provide continuous support to advisors. Generate leads through various sources and convert them to policies. Ensure quality business and persistency.
