Key Responsibilities: Assemble mechanical components and systems as per engineering drawings and specifications. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions accurately. Operate and utilize JIGs and hand tools for precise fitting and alignment. Perform nailing and other fastening operations as required during assembly. Inspect and ensure quality of assembled products, troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues. Work with various mechanical assemblies including gear boxes, hydraulic cylinders, fan impellers, and other industrial components. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and company protocols56. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in assembly, preferably with gear boxes, hydraulic cylinders, fan impellers, etc. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly diagrams56. Skilled in using JIGs, hand tools, and nailing equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. ITI Fitter or equivalent technical qualification preferred. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in mechanical assembly.
