Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identifying potential customers and generating leads through various channels like networking, market research, and social media. Customer Engagement: Making initial contact, understanding customer needs, and building relationships with potential clients. Product Presentations and Demonstrations: Presenting the company's products and services effectively to showcase their value. Sales Negotiation and Closing: Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions to secure deals and close sales. Account Management: Managing existing customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and forecasting future sales. Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and market demands. Collaboration: Working with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company goals. Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently working to meet and exceed sales targets. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Hindi (Preferred) License/Certification: Driving Licence (Preferred) Work Location: In person
