Now Hiring: Factory Operations Manager – PP Corrugated Sheets & Boxes Unit Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Compensation: ₹13 LPA (Negotiable) + Accommodation (provided) Experience Required: Minimum 8 years in manufacturing operations Industry Preference: Plastic processing, packaging, or general manufacturing Plasmix is seeking an experienced Factory Operations Manager to take full ownership of daily plant operations for our PP corrugated sheets and boxes division. This role is for a ground-level executor —not a coordinator sitting in an office, but someone who ensures things run smoothly on the shop floor, every single day. Key Responsibilities: Labour Supervision & Discipline: Responsible for managing all labourers in the unit—tracking their attendance, shifts, leave, and work allocation. Oversee raw material and finished goods stock , including accurate record-keeping and timely loading/unloading. Order Fulfilment & Production Monitoring: Ensure that machines are set correctly and running with the specified sheet length, width, GSM, and other parameters. Productivity & Efficiency Enhancement: Focus on increasing plant output and optimizing shift productivity. Identify bottlenecks and implement time-saving, cost-effective methods of production. End-to-End Responsibility: The overall working of the PP corrugated unit—including people, process, production, and performance—will rest on this individual’s shoulders. Candidate Profile: Minimum 8 years of plant-level experience in a manufacturing industry Strong leadership and team-handling skills, especially in managing labour Practical knowledge of how a small to mid-sized factory runs Not focused on formal educational qualifications—we value experience About Plasmix: Plasmix Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru, has been manufacturing masterbatches since 1977 and PP corrugated sheets and boxes since 2015.
