Job description Role & responsibilities Office Administration Reception Management - Managing requisite Registers. Visitor Hospitality, i.e. Offering and ordering beverages, lunch, snacks for visitors. Employee Hospitality in case of late sitting, weekend/holiday working, etc. Timely renewal of AMCs, i.e. Sharing minimum 3 quotes 30 days before expiry, facilitating timely approvals and renewal. Periodic Servicing of Fixtures to avoid downtime. Repair & Maintenance to be carried out within 24 hours of instance. Procurement of Admin/office related supplies basis 3 best quotes. Ensure no instance of stockout for any office consumable by way of monthly procurement plan. Submission of monthly expense MIS by 8th of each month. Own and manage inbound and outbound Courier. Create and share Monthly MIS with the Courier Bill indicating employee wise cost. Expense Management Own and manage Office Petty Cash for day-to-day expenses, without any gaps or shortfall. Monthly clearance of expenses along with submission of MIS and supporting documents facilitating timely approvals from HR and sharing the same with F&A team by 2nd of the Month. Timely processing of bills along with all supporting and MIS. Compliance License renewals, Management of Registers as per compliance & Legatrix Updates for ROI Employee Engagement Plan and execute the EE Calendar for PAN India in full compliance to the Annual Plan.
