KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Lead high-impact ambulance operations ensuring top-notch service and efficiency. - Maintain maximum vehicle uptime through effective servicing, fuel management, and insurance handling. - Collaborate with vendors and manage inventory of critical spares and medical supplies. - Drive team performance through smart scheduling, hands-on training, and motivation strategies. - Support HR with talent recruitment, staff engagement, and grievance resolution . - Handle key stakeholder interactions including district officials, hospitals, and media events . - Ensure accurate reporting and audit compliance for smooth operations.
