Job Title: Electrical Supervisor Location: Pipariya, Silvassa Experience: 3–4 Years Education: ITI/ Electrical/ BE /Electronic Diploma Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Supervisor with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in plant automation, drives, and PLC troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance practices, with the ability to work independently and handle breakdowns efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on PLC systems (Siemens S7-1200, S7-1500). Handle AC drives, MCC/PCC panels, and electrical switchgear systems. Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics. Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems. Maintain and document daily routine activities and reports. Operate and manage UPS, DG sets, cranes, heaters, and other utilities. Follow safety protocols including 6SM and LOTOTO procedures. Ensure smooth functioning of plant automation systems and utility equipment. Work independently in shifts and manage small teams if required. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3–4 years of relevant experience in a plant or industrial setup. ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics / BE in Electrical or Electronics. Strong knowledge of plant electrical systems, PLCs, and drives. Experience in preventive maintenance and handling electrical breakdowns. Good understanding of electrical safety and industry-standard practices.
