We’re Hiring: Factory Manager – Pharma Plastic Packaging Industry Location: Daman, India Experience: 15+ years in factory operations (Pharma plastic packaging preferred) Salary: ₹18-22 LPA Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily factory operations to meet production & quality standards Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, SEDEX, BRCGS & other regulations Implement lean manufacturing practices to improve efficiency Lead & mentor production teams, ensuring SOP & safety adherence Minimize downtime & coordinate maintenance for equipment reliability Drive cost optimization & continuous improvement with management Required Qualifications: Education: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or Production) | B.Sc. | Diploma in Plastics Processing (CIPET) | MBA (Preferred) Experience: Strong expertise in plastic packaging or pharmaceutical manufacturing Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, team management & ERP systems Apply Now!
