Key Responsibilities Provide in-depth counseling to prospective students regarding career options and available courses. Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and in-person sessions. Understand student needs and recommend suitable training programs. Maintain records of student interactions and progress. Achieve monthly conversion and enrollment targets. Coordinate with trainers and the operations team to ensure student satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field . Minimum 2 years of experience in education counseling or sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
