Digital Marketing Intern - Phoenix Program (Return to Work for Women) Location : Bangalore Type : Internship Duration : 6 Months Roles and Responsibilities Monitor key metrics such as revenue, ROI, conversion, scale, funnel metrics, customer acquisition, LTV Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to evaluate and improve future performance in terms of reach and acquisition Identify key trends over time and strategize with the relevant business team on new initiatives targeted at increasing scale and ROI Work with the analytics team to create dashboards, data visualization, automate data reporting to enhance business decision making and streamline operations Own and manage the operations of commercial reconciliation and validation for business partners Collaborate closely with cross functional teams such as finance, legal, commercial to drive the teams objectives. Qualifications & Experience B.Sc./B.Tech from a premier institution 3+ yrs of work experience preferred, experience in Digital Marketing a plus Knowledge of SQL basics , advanced Excel mandatory Strong analytical bent of mind Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and ambiguous environment Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Team player, with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, and ability to manage stakeholders across functions and disciplines Lead customer support aspect of influencer affiliate marketing solving for ease of ops to help streamline the content creation process and remove any blockers Lead creator outreach initiatives to help with actionable insights on scaling up influencer affiliate marketing channel across IG, YT and Snapchat Should have a minimum 6 months career gap at present.
