Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven and innovative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to promote financial products, increase customer engagement, and drive lead generation across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy & Campaign Management Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) for NBFC products such as personal loans, business loans, gold loans, etc. Set clear campaign objectives, KPIs, and ROIs tailored to the financial services industry. Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and ensure high rankings for relevant keywords (e.g., “instant personal loan,” “NBFC loan approval”). Monitor website analytics and suggest improvements for UX and conversions. Collaborate with the tech team for web enhancements and landing page creation. Manage the company's presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Develop engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) tailored to financial services. Run paid ad campaigns to generate quality leads and retarget lost customers. Email Marketing & Automation Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, EMI reminders, and promotions. Use CRM tools and automation platforms to personalize customer journeys. Content Marketing & Copywriting Collaborate with content writers to develop blogs, infographics, and loan-related FAQs that drive traffic and establish authority. Ensure all content adheres to financial regulatory compliance and is easy to understand. Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights to evaluate campaign performance. Provide weekly/monthly reports on KPIs such as CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost. Ensure all campaigns are in line with NBFC regulations and maintain consistency in branding. Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure all digital communications meet regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in financial services or NBFCs. Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp/HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, etc. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, lead generation, and funnel marketing. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Preferred Skills: Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint). Prior experience with lead management and CRM tools. Familiarity with RBI guidelines and NBFC digital marketing limitations.
