In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and building strong relationships with existing customers in the assigned territory. You will be a key member of our retail banking team, working closely with the branch manager and other team members to achieve business targets and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking Conduct sales meetings with potential customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable banking products and services Cross-sell and up-sell banking products to existing customers to deepen the relationship and increase revenue Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch Stay updated with market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities Collaborate with other departments and teams to provide a seamless customer experience Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines while carrying out job responsibilities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships Sound knowledge of retail banking products and services Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in MS Office and CRM software If you are a self-driven and result-oriented individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we would love to hear from you.
