Provide technical support for GPS devices.Troubleshoot hardware & software issues.Assist with installation & configuration.Coordinate with R&D & production teams.Maintain customer records & follow-ups.Deliver training & documentation on GPS products. Required Candidate profile Mandatory experience in GPS device manufacturing. Strong knowledge of GPS tracking systems & troubleshooting. Exp.installation, issue resolution. Familiarity with CRM software & ticketing tools.
