Trust us for all your data recovery needs. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, located in New Delhi. The primary responsibilities include responding to customer queries and providing technical support both online and offline. The role entails ensuring customer satisfaction, troubleshooting technical issues, escalating complex problems to higher levels, documenting all customer interactions, and following up to ensure issues are resolved.
