Title: Deployment Associate (Customer Support) Location: Fully remote in LATAM (ideally Brazil) Duration: 3-6 months, with the potential for extension based on performance and achievement of weekly metrics Working Hours: 9am – 6pm central time zone, Monday-Friday (40-hour work week) Ideal start date: ASAP Interview Process: 2 virtual interviews Pay (INR)-6-10 LPA Required Skills and Experience 3–5 years of customer service experience in operations, process management, or a related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with data management and CRM tools Ability to interpret and analyze technical data and documentation A problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Nice to Have Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Experience in a technical field (e.g., civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering) Notes: This position is back-office work – handling operations/processes JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global’s client is actively seeking a Deployment Associate to join their growing team!
