We are looking for a Customer Relation Executive to manage customer interactions, build positive relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, or in person Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers Address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions Follow up on customer feedback and ensure service satisfaction Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, delivery) to ensure smooth operations Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Support sales and marketing teams with client communication Assist in preparing reports and customer service analysis Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 1–3 years of experience in customer service or client handling Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
