Preferred Experience: 7+ years Office Location: i3Synergist, D-199, 3rd floor, Phase 8B, Industrial Area, Mohali 160055 (Near Medpark Hospital) Ideal candidate must have following: Deep understanding of all RCM processes. Ability to interact with US Clients. Must have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a pleasing and professional demeanor. Serve as the lead point of contact for all assigned client account management matters. Develop SOPs and conduct training as required. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Ensure client retention by providing efficient timely, accurate services and fast resolutions for any escalations. Reviewing and auditing each assigned account on a weekly basis. Be proactive in communicating with clients. Publishing regular analytics reports on client accounts and holding regular bi-weekly/monthly meetings with clients. Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (RCM Ops, Finance) to improve the entire client experience. Clearly communicate the progress of assigned client accounts to internal and external stakeholders. Willing to work hands-on medical billing tasks such as charge entry, payment posting, AR, patient calls etc. as per business requirements. Require regular bi-weekly/monthly reporting of relevant metrics for management and client review. Willing to work on various RCM tasks hands on as required per business requirements. Required Candidate profile: Must have at least 7+ yrs. experience in RCM client account management for physician billing. Must have knowledge of medical billing software. Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 office applications like Teams, Outlook, CRM, Excel, PPT, OneDrive etc. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Monday to Friday Night shift Experience: Medical billing: 5 years (Required) Client Onboarding Manager: 5 years (Required) Shift availability: Night Shift (Required) Work Location: In person
