Job Description

The Client Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients and managing interview drives successful. The role involves acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services. Recruitment activities and coordination of interview campaign, including travel for interview drives across India. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of services in line with client objectives. e.g Travel, interview centre, lineup, shortlisting, quality. Address client issues and any concerns promptly, providing suitable solutions. e.g outime pickup, hotel bookings, hospitality lineup as per JD & quality. Recruitment & Interview Coordination: Shortlist CVs based on client requirements. Supervise and coordinate interview venues. Organize and manage interview drives for clients. Report to the office on non-interview days. Travel across India to oversee and manage interview drives. Sourcing & Profile Management: Follow up with sourcing team to source candidate profiles based on the clients specifications.
