Responsibilities: Organise and update financial records as needed (digital and physical) Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures and investments Analyse transactions and prepare reports Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivable Liaise with Tax Accountants to track tax payments and returns Monitor bookkeeping activities regularly Establish accounting policies and procedures Stay informed on industry developments and changes in regulations Skills and Requirements: Proven work experience as a Certified Public Accountant or Senior Accountant. Thorough knowledge of US accounting and financial procedures. Experience with accounting software, like FreshBooks and Zoho Advanced MS Excel knowledge (familiarity with formulas, VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail Bachelor s degree specialisation in Accounting or Finance and a CPA certification Benefits: At Inkle, we believe in investing in our employees and offer a comprehensive benefits package to support their physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
