Company Overview: Make My Beauty (MML) is a pioneering platform bringing salons and beauty parlors under one roof. Our mission is to revolutionize the beauty service industry by offering customers an easy way to compare services, book appointments, and avail of home services. We are looking for a passionate Vendor Onboarding Executive to expand our reach by onboarding vendors onto the MML platform. Position: Vendor Onboarding Executive Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh (with potential for travel) Experience: 1-3 years in vendor or business onboarding (preferred: Justdial, Zomato, Swiggy) Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Vendor Acquisition: Identify and target prospective salons, beauty parlors, and home-service providers. Approach businesses and explain the benefits of joining the MML platform. Negotiate terms and close onboarding agreements. Onboarding Management: Guide vendors through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand platform usage and benefits. Assist vendors in listing their services, pricing, and availability on the platform. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded vendors. Act as a liaison between vendors and MML support teams. Market Analysis: Analyze the local market to identify potential vendors and competition trends. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving onboarding strategies. Preferred Qualifications: Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business/vendor onboarding for platforms like Justdial, Zomato, Swiggy, or similar. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Familiarity with the beauty and wellness industry is a plus. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
