Job Description

Description We are seeking a skilled Big Data Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in building and optimizing data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and working with large datasets to support our data-driven decision-making process. Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and architecture Implement data storage solutions and ensure data quality and integrity Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data needs Optimize data processing workflows for efficiency and performance Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform and load data Monitor and troubleshoot data processing issues Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in big data engineering Skills and Qualifications 4-9 years of experience in Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Scala Experience with data warehousing solutions like Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Snowflake Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Knowledge of data modeling, data architecture, and data governance Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively
