Description We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our team in India. This role is suitable for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow in backend development. You will be responsible for developing server-side logic, database management, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. Responsibilities Develop and maintain server-side applications and services Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements Design and implement database schemas that represent and support business processes Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members Troubleshoot and debug applications as necessary Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in server-side programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Good communication skills and team collaboration
