Job Title: Automation Test Engineer Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Automation Test Engineer with 9+ years of expertise in C# and Selenium. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining robust automated test scripts, collaborating closely with development teams, and ensuring the quality and performance of our software applications. Roles and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality automated test scripts using C#, Selenium, and other relevant testing frameworks/tools (e.g., TestNG, etc.). Collaborate closely with development teams to thoroughly understand new features, functionalities, and technical requirements. Execute comprehensive regression and performance testing for various software applications to ensure stability and scalability. Proactively identify, accurately document, and meticulously track bugs and defects using appropriate defect management tools. Contribute significantly to the continuous integration and DevOps pipelines, fostering a culture of automation and efficiency. Mandatory Qualifications: 9+ years of extensive experience in automation testing. Proven expertise in C# programming language for test automation. In-depth hands-on experience with Selenium for web application automation. Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices. Experience with regression and performance testing methodologies. Proficiency in using defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.). Familiarity with continuous integration (CI) and DevOps pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience with other test automation tools or frameworks beyond Selenium. Knowledge of different software development life cycles (SDLCs) and agile methodologies. Experience with API testing automation. Familiarity with performance testing tools.
