About The Role : Roles & responsibilities: RFQ management- Responsible for end-to-end RFQ/NPD management for all new projects in pipeline for Semiconductor Parts, PCBs, magnetics, connectors and communication modules etc. & maintaining tracking of all such projects Driving alternate material developments- Responsible for alternate material development for cost saving & supply chain de-risking & effective tracking of all such projects Coordinating with suppliers & internal stakeholders such as R&D, MPCM, plants for alternate material development projects. Ensuring on-time PO placement / PO rate amendments with due compliances/ approvals in line with DOA To support respective category manager for carrying put day to day procure to pay transactional activities and achieve cost saving by using various tactical and strategic tools. Digitization- Ensuring suppliers are following companys digitization drive such as supplier ASN compliance, RFQ management through RFQ portal Responsible for on-time availability supplier PLI declarations as per business requirement & adherence to PLI SOP Responsible for on-time MIS reporting such as monthly savings, monthly provisions, supplier SOB adherence, supplier SOB impact analysis, supplier ratings & rating improvement Responsible for payment term negotiation & standardization, ensuring strict compliance, especially in case of MSME suppliers as per MSME act Supporting plant/ MP&L teams for on-time material delivery wherever there is a concern Job Requirement Min qualification required:B.E. Work experience:5-6 years in procurement & supply chain management Should have knowledge of purchasing processes Should have good analytical skills, negotiation skills Expertise in Excel, PPT, SAP & BI is must
