Job Description

Purpose: The Associate Manager / Manager - HR will play a key role in supporting and executing initiatives across compensation, benefits, talent management, policy formulation, and data analysis. This role will require collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive the successful implementation of HR programs that align with the organization's strategic objectives. Job Role & responsibilities Assist in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive pay structures. Support the development and execution of talent management initiatives, including leadership development, career progression, and workforce planning. Contribute to policy formulation and HR process improvements, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance requirements. Conduct data analysis and reporting on HR metrics, employee engagement, and workforce trends to support decision-making. Collaborate with business leaders and HR teams to enhance employee experience through well-structured HR programs. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure HR policies remain relevant and compliant. Preferred candidate profile: MBA in HR, Business Administration or a related field Exposure to HR analytics, policy development, Strategic HR planning a plus
