Job Description: The Test Automation Engineer is primarily responsible to design, develop and maintain manual tests, automated test Scripts for Web and mobile based applications the role requires extensive hands-on experience with manual testing skills and Selenium web driver with Java as the programming language. The role requires creating manual test cases, test execution and defect management to ensure product quality is enhanced. The role requires strong skills and hand on experience with designing, maintaining Web automaton frameworks using latest technologies that match internal and external standards. 1.Bachelor s or Master s degree in computer science/applications preferred. 2.1-3 years work experience in designing, maintaining, and executing manual test cases/test plans. 3.Hands on experience on manual testing including test case design, test execution, defect reporting and management. 4.Document test execution issues, deliverables, test reports, status updates 5.Hands on experience with black box testing, UI testing, regression testing, performance, and security testing. 6.Troubleshoot complex testing scenarios and domain issues. 7.Hands Experience with JAVA programming, SQL, and knowledge of JavaScript 8.Hands on experience with Service based testing. Tools like SOAP UI and REST concepts 9.Hands on experience with agile practices, agile methodologies, and agile ceremonies 10.Ability to quickly learn and understand application workflows with minimal guidance 11.1-3yrs. work experience in Designing and maintaining Automation Frameworks, Automating, and troubleshooting test cases using Selenium Web Driver. 12.Hands on experience with Junit, TestNG frameworks and custom Reporting 13.Extensive experience with Jenkins as a continuous integration tool. Knowledge on Docker is preferred. 14.Develop and maintain test automation architecture and frameworks. 15.Ensure scalability of automation and Continuous Integration across the solution 16.Assist in analysis and piloting of best-in-class automation testing tools and propose commission and use to relevant stakeholders. 17.Write complex automation scripts in one or more programming languages.
