Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Provide timely and effective technical support to clients. - Troubleshoot network security operations issues efficiently. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues. - Document and maintain technical support processes and procedures. - Stay updated with the latest network security trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Operations. - Strong understanding of network security protocols and technologies. - Experience in implementing and managing network security solutions. - Knowledge of firewall configurations and intrusion detection/prevention systems. - Familiarity with network monitoring tools and incident response procedures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Security Operations. - This position is based at our Indore office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
