Key Responsibilities: 1. *Marketing Strategy*: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve enrollment targets and promote the institute's programs. 2. *Branding*: Maintain and enhance the institute's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels. 3. *Digital Marketing*: Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO). 4. *Content Creation*: Develop high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and website content. 5. *Event Management*: Organize and coordinate marketing events, such as open houses, info sessions, and fairs. 6. *Market Research*: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies. 7. *Budget Management*: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI. 8. *Collaboration*: Work closely with other departments, such as admissions, academics, and student services, to ensure alignment and maximize impact. 9. *Reporting and Analytics*: Track and analyze marketing metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders and recommending data-driven improvements. Requirements: 1. *Bachelor's Degree*: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. *Experience*: At least 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in an educational setting. 3. *Digital Marketing Skills*: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media, email marketing, and SEO. 4. *Communication Skills*: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. *Creativity*: Strong creative skills, with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns. 6. *Analytical Skills*: Ability to analyze data, track metrics, and provide insights to inform marketing strategies. Preferred Qualifications : 1. *Master's Degree*: A master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2. *Experience in Education*: Experience working in an educational setting, with knowledge of the education industry. 3. *Certifications*: Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot.
