Key Responsibilities: Being part of the team that is primary point of contact for students regarding academic guidance, course selection, and class schedules. Coordinate effectively with teachers to manage class timings, batch formation, and curriculum delivery. Assist in planning and organizing class schedules to ensure optimum student-teacher engagement. Counsel prospective students about course offerings, duration, benefits, and career prospects. Enrol students who have expressed interest in joining our courses. Support initiatives by various teams within the institution and give them the required data of information managed. Maintain and update student records and ensure timely communication about class updates and academic events. Collaborate with the academic and administrative team to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
