Job Description

We are seeking a Tech Lead with 14+ years of experience in software development to lead a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js), as well as strong expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure and MySQL databases. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of complex systems, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the overall success of projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of developers, driving the technical direction and ensuring best practices are followed. Design and implement scalable and secure applications using the MEAN stack . Architect and optimize cloud-based solutions using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and others. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and QA) to deliver high-quality software. Build and maintain robust MySQL database solutions for high-performance applications. Review and provide feedback on code quality, performance, and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack, ensuring minimal disruption to services. Drive continuous improvement through innovation, process optimization, and automation. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into ongoing projects as appropriate.
