Role & responsibilities • Sourcing & screening resumes. • Standardizing and maintaining the database. • Schedule interviews/selection process for candidates. Coordinate with the panelists & line up interviews. Assisting in policy & process formulation & implementation. Designing and implementing employee engagement activities. Conducting employee satisfaction surveys. Recruitment reports • Handle cross-functional work areas. Miscellaneous tasks as assign. Preferred candidate profile Communication skills: • Good English communication skills • Immediate Joiner is most preferable. • Team Player • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Must have Excel knowledge. Academic qualifications & experience: • B.Com Commerce, MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations, M.Com - Commerce • Minimum 2 years of experience preferred.
