Job Overview: TravTree Holidays is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on travel options, creating customized travel itineraries, and delivering exceptional service from inquiry to post-travel support. Key Responsibilities: Consult with clients to determine their travel needs, preferences, and budget. Provide professional advice on destinations, accommodations, transportation, insurance, and activities. Design and sell tailored travel packages (domestic and international). Make bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and tours using travel booking systems. Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide after-sales support. Stay updated on travel trends, visa regulations, and industry changes. Handle customer complaints and emergencies with professionalism and care. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall performance. Requirements: Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role (minimum 1–2 years preferred). Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
