Telesales Agent

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Associate to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, introducing our products or services, explaining the value proposition, and converting leads into sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective customers based on assigned leads or database. Present product/service information clearly and effectively to generate interest. Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions. Handle inbound queries and follow up on leads to ensure conversion. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and call quality metrics. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers for repeat business. Provide feedback to the team regarding customer responses and market trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline. 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or a similar role. Excellent communication skills in [English and/or regional languages as applicable]. Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure. Good listening and interpersonal skills.
