Telecaller – Pharmaceutical Company Location: Bodakdev, S.G. Highway, Ahmedabad, Gujarat Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers encouraged to apply) Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month + performance-based incentives Education: Graduates preferred Shift: Day Shift (e.g., 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM), Monday–Saturday Company Overview A well-established pharmaceutical manufacturer and PCD pharma franchise operator with over 30 years of experience. The company holds WHO‑GMP and ISO certifications and operates an innovative manufacturing facility near Ahmedabad. Role Overview As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact with healthcare professionals (doctors, clinics, pharmacies). Your main goal is to introduce and promote the company’s diverse product ranges—such as tablets, capsules, injectables, and nutraceuticals—and generate qualified leads for the field sales team. Key Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound calls to healthcare professionals to promote the product portfolio and franchise options. Handle inbound inquiries, respond promptly to product-related questions, and record relevant lead information. Manage CRM entries—log all calls, update lead statuses, and maintain accurate call records. Follow up with potential leads to schedule meetings or convert them into sales orders. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach and meet targets. Offer excellent customer support, address queries effectively, and escalate issues as needed. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations, quality standards, and company procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Graduation preferred Languages: Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; basic proficiency in English essential Communication: Clear, confident, and professional verbal skills Technical: Comfortable with CRM software and MS Office tools Experience: Prior exposure to telecalling, BPO, sales, or similar is advantageous Interest: A genuine interest in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector Compensation & Benefits Basic Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000/month (depending on experience) Incentives: Performance-driven incentives to reward target achievement Growth Opportunities: Potential progression to roles in sales, marketing, or field support
