Job Description

Job Title: Team Leader - Tele Collection Company: Sub-K Impact Solutions Limited Location: Bank Street, Koti, Hyderabad Notice: Immediate Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Customer Connect Executives to ensure optimal performance and high-quality service. Oversee inbound and outbound calls/messages, ensuring smooth communication between customers and relevant departments. Ensure timely escalation of issues to concerned departments and track follow-up actions. Monitor and ensure the completion of tasks assigned to the team on time. Motivate and guide team members to achieve their individual and collective targets. Ensure proper documentation and updates in relevant systems (e.g., Excel). Foster a positive team environment and encourage continuous learning and development. Handle direct communication with customers and staff when required, providing guidance or addressing complex concerns. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and customer service standards. Requirements: Minimum qualification: Graduate or equivalent. Proficiency in Hindi and at least one of the following languages: Bengali, Odiya, Kannada, Tamil, Marathi. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS-Excel, MS-Word, and other basic tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven leadership abilities with a focus on team coordination and performance management. Results-driven with a self-motivated approach to achieving goals. Ability to manage and resolve team challenges and escalate issues effectively.
