Proven experience in presales, technical interviews, and project coordination. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus. What is the work? Technical Interviews: Lead technical interviews for Python and AI/ML roles, evaluating candidates' skills. Presales: Collaborate on presales activities, designing AI/ML solutions, creating proposals, and estimating time/cost. Client Communication: Engage with clients to understand requirements and present solutions clearly. Business Analysis: Translate client needs into technical specifications and suggest improvements. Project Coordination: Oversee AI/ML projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and handling project risks.
