Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Freshers with CA Inter also welcome) Qualification: B.Com Graduate with CA Inter Completed / CA Final Pursuing or Completed About Us: We are a leading CA firm with 19 offices across India, delivering client-centric financial, taxation, and advisory services. Role: Tax Associate / Executive – Direct & Indirect Taxation Key Responsibilities: Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) and GST Returns Responding to GST and Income Tax notices and handling basic assessments Assisting with tax planning and compliance for individuals, firms, and corporates Meeting new clients, understanding their financial and tax requirements Managing onboarding of new clients and building long-term professional relationships Coordinating with internal teams across India and maintaining documentation and MIS What We’re Looking For: Strong knowledge of Income Tax, GST, and basic financial compliance Proficiency in tax software and MS Excel Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi/Bengali) A proactive, client-first mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Join Us?
