Job Description

Position: Sr. Architect Location: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with a B.Arch degree to join our team. You will be involved in designing, planning, and coordinating architectural projects with a focus on functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. Responsibilities: Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed plans Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth execution Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design and safety standards Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for approvals Ensure adherence to building codes and regulations Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools Good knowledge of construction processes and materials Strong communication and problem-solving skills Awareness of sustainable and innovative design practices (preferred) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Application Question(s): Must have completed Graduation in B.Arc Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Architect: 3 years (Required) Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Required) Work Location: In person
