Ensure food is cooked with proper ingredients, traditional taste, and hygiene standards. Manage kitchen operations including chopping, grinding, seasoning, and tempering. Monitor food preparation and cooking times to deliver orders on time. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and cooking utensils. Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before use. Follow portion control guidelines and minimize food wastage. Assist in planning daily menus or special items as per demand. Maintain inventory of South Indian spices, lentils, and other essentials. Follow all food safety and health regulations.
