Job Summary: Webarclight is seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Intern to manage and elevate the social media presence for both our company and our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily content posting, developing engaging carousels, and implementing effective social media marketing strategies to promote our products and services. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced agency environment and contribute to real-world campaigns. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain daily activity across all social media platforms for Webarclight and its clients (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.). Develop, design, and post engaging daily content, including but not limited to, static posts, stories, reels, and carousels. Create compelling and visually appealing carousel posts that effectively convey messages and drive engagement. Implement social media marketing strategies to promote Webarclight s products and services, as well as those of our clients. Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply that knowledge to enhance our social media presence. Assist in the development of social media content calendars. Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community growth. Track and analyze social media performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on key insights. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals. Requirements: Proven experience with 2-3 social media marketing internships (please specify companies and duration in your resume). Demonstrable knowledge and proficiency in creating engaging social media content, specifically carousel posts. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective best practices for marketing. Ability to develop and execute social media marketing strategies for product promotion. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A passion for social media and digital marketing. Preferred Qualifications (from your self-suggestions): Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools. Familiarity with scheduling tools is a plus. Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and platform updates. A portfolio showcasing previous social media content creation, especially carousels, is highly desirable.
