Company Description SoftStory is a soft-furnishings brand dedicated to circular textile and sustainability. We design exclusive, unique, and upcycled products using repurposed fabrics. By prolonging the life of existing textiles, we help artisans and NGOs clear their stock of fabrics and reduce waste. Our mission is to support and sustain the craft communities by telling their stories through our products. We work closely with weavers and NGOs to create beautiful, sustainable soft furnishings while promoting fair trade and environmental conservation. Sangita Khalsa, the founder of SoftStory is a well-respected and commercially successful textile artist with a unique handwriting and style. Her textile art portfolio is diverse and very well appreciated. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Intern located in Ahmedabad. The intern will be responsible for social media marketing, content creation, digital marketing, and communication strategies to promote SoftStory's innovative products, textile art and design philosophy on various platforms. An interest in art, video editing and conceptualising content is preferred. Qualifications Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation skills Digital Marketing skills Strong video editing skills both long and short form. Strong sense of Graphic design. Marketing and Communication skills Experience with social media analytics and tools Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a dynamic team environment Interest in multimedia design and technology integration Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Show more Show less
