Role Overview Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, clearly understanding their goals, voice, and business objectives. Develop and manage content calendars for multiple brands, ensuring timely execution and alignment with campaigns or business milestones. Lead the creation of social media content—both text and creatives—post calendar finalization. Plan and execute ATL/BTL marketing activities including: Creative direction for shoot Newspaper advertisements Influencer marketing collaborations Monitor and track SEO performance and ensure content aligns with optimization strategies. Create and run social media campaigns (including moment marketing, launches, promotions) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter . Collaborate closely with design, copywriting, and paid media teams to ensure all content is delivered on-brand and on time. Coordinate and optimize paid campaigns through Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and similar platforms when necessary. Analyze and report on social performance metrics including reach, engagement, conversions, and present monthly performance reports with actionable insights. Who You Are? 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or management, preferably in a client-facing role. Proven expertise in building social media strategies and executing them successfully. Strong verbal and written communication skills – confident in handling client communication, calls, and presentations. Deep familiarity with major platforms : Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), etc. Proficient in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, Buffer, etc. Strategic thinker with strong creative instincts and excellent attention to detail. Experience with SEO monitoring tools and reporting metrics. Background in real estate , tech, or startups is a plus.
