About Us: We're a dynamic and innovative company looking for a talented Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, brand awareness, and business results. Key Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives. 2. Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. 3. Community Management: Manage and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media in a timely and professional manner. 4. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure the success of social media campaigns and promotions. 5. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies. 6. Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms, including tone, voice, and visual identity. 7. Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates. Requirements: 1. Experience: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. 2. Skills: Excellent writing, graphic design, and video production skills. 3. Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising options. 4. Analytics: Experience with social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite Insights or Sprout Social. 5. Communication: Excellent communication and project management skills.
