Job Description

Client Servicing & Relationship Management: Work closely with senior advisors to address the ongoing servicing needs of high-net-worth clients, ensuring their financial goals are met. Provide a tailored onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring smooth integration into the wealth management process. Organize and manage regular portfolio reviews with investment advisors, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with clients long-term objectives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and engagement. Achieve client satisfaction targets, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other KPIs as set by the organization. Generate client referrals through outstanding service and high client satisfaction. Collaboration & Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (investment advisors, operations, etc.) to ensure effective and seamless client servicing. Participate in strategic discussions to enhance the company s service offerings and improve client engagement. Share client feedback and insights with relevant teams to drive service enhancements and innovation. Requirements: Experience & Qualifications: 1 to 4 years of experience in Wealth Management, Financial Services, or a similar client-facing role. Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio management, and wealth management strategies. Proven track record of managing multiple client relationships and achieving performance targets. Ability to maintain high client satisfaction and achieve Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals. Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with HNIs. Digital-first mindset with the ability to adapt to new technologies and tools in wealth management. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Problem-solving skills and the ability to address client concerns effectively and professionally. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel at short notice for client meetings, team activities, or training programs. Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with Saturday availability (9:00 AM to 12:00 PM). Flexibility to relocate based on business needs and performance.
