Purpose: Lead the full lifecycle design, development, and delivery of enterprise‑grade Generative AI solutions across Azure and Google Cloud environments. Provide full‑stack architectural leadership (React, Node.js, .NET) while ensuring scalable data platforms, robust DevSecOps, and exceptional client outcomes. Location: Gurugram / Bengaluru Key responsibilities: Own solution architecture for Generative AI engagements from discovery through production, covering prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, agent/multi‑agent frameworks, and model fine‑tuning Define and govern technical designs spanning front‑end (React), mid‑tier (Node.js, .NET 7+/Core, C#), and data layers (Cosmos DB, SQL/NoSQL, Blob/BigQuery, vector stores). Establish microservice and event‑driven architectures leveraging Azure Kubernetes Service, Google GKE, Functions, Pub/Sub, and Event Grid. Drive cloud‑native CI/CD pipelines (Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Cloud Build) and automated testing across multiple environments. Lead technical design reviews, code reviews, and performance/security audits; champion design patterns, caching strategies, and DevSecOps best practices. Engage with customers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and articulate architecture decisions to executive stakeholders. Mentor and develop engineering teams; foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and psychological safety. Business Compliance Ensure solutions adhere to corporate policies, data‑privacy laws, information‑security standards and relevant telecom regulations. Enforce secure coding, vulnerability management, and cloud compliance baselines across all project artefacts. Personal & Team Accountabilities Exhibit ownership, integrity, and a growth mindset; model collaborative behaviours that promote diversity and inclusion. Set clear objectives and KPIs for team members, provide constructive feedback, and support career development. Continuous improvement and proactive risk management. Can manage a team of at least 10-20 members. Key Competencies: • Technical depth: C#, .NET 7+/Core, Web API, Python (Django/Flask) prefered, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, AngularJS. • Cloud & DevOps: Azure and Google Cloud PaaS/IaaS, Kubernetes, Functions/Serverless, Terraform/Bicep, CI/CD, monitoring (App Insights, Stackdriver), FinOps. • Data platforms: Cosmos DB, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Redis, MongoDB, vector DBs • AI/ML: Generative AI models, embeddings, RAG, LangChain, Agent frameworks, prompt engineering, model evaluation. • Architecture patterns: Microservices, event‑driven, domain‑driven design, API Gateway, design patterns, caching, resiliency, observability. • Leadership: Strategic thinking, stakeholder management, talent development, agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban), budgeting. • Communication: Ability to simplify complex concepts for executives and developers alike; excellent written and verbal skills. Experience & Education: • 15‑20 years of progressive technology experience with at least 5 years architecting AI/ML or Generative AI solutions. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline (Master’s/PG in AI/ML preferred).
