Job Description

Financial Reporting & Analysis : Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles. General Ledger Management : Oversee the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and timely. Reconciliation & Variance Analysis : Perform account reconciliations and analyze variances to ensure financial data integrity. Budgeting & Forecasting : Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights into financial performance. Audit Coordination : Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations. Compliance & Controls : Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements. Team Leadership : Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
