Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot . Develop RESTful APIs and microservices to support various applications. Optimize and manage MS SQL Server databases, including stored procedures and query tuning. Ensure code quality, security, and performance through best practices and design patterns. Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions. Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure application reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues . Follow Agile/Scrum development methodologies and actively participate in sprint planning. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot . Strong expertise in developing REST APIs and microservices architecture . Proficiency in MS SQL Server with hands-on experience in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning . Experience with ORM frameworks like Hibernate or JPA. Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and design patterns . Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitLab, or Bitbucket). Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) . Preferred Skills: Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. Knowledge of message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ. Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) . Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices. Educational Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field .
