Role & responsibilities Team Management: Lead a team of Sales Executives, overseeing hiring, training, and performance management. Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly education loan disbursement targets through new customer acquisition. Sales Support: Assist Sales Executives during client visits, address customer queries, and provide process clarity. Channel Partner Management: Meet with channel partners to generate leads and referrals. Lead Generation to Disbursement: Coordinate and support the lead generation to disbursement process. Customer Service: Deliver high-quality customer service and generate referrals from existing customers. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Value Proposition: Identify gaps in business relationships and suggest improvements. Cross-Selling: Promote and cross-sell allied products, such as foreign exchange and insurance. Preferred candidate profile Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in sales, preferably in the education loan sector. Skills: Excellent communication skills, team-handling experience, and proficiency in English. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Monthly Education Loan Disbursement Targets: Achieve set goals for disbursements. Team Targets: Meet objectives for loan logins and disbursements. Customer Satisfaction and Referrals: Maintain high satisfaction rates and generate referrals. Channel Partner Engagement: Foster engagement and lead generation with partners. Sales Team Performance: Track and enhance team productivity and performance
